Mark is a lifelong resident of Pensacola and even graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Pre-Law (Legal Admin). He is one of the few local Managers to have previously been accredited by the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers as a ‘Property Management Specialist’ and also to have a Broker’s license to practice in both Florida & Alabama. Also, his firm wins “Best of the Bay” every year (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017& 2018)!But his greatest sign of accomplishment in this industry is evidenced not only by the constant referrals from current and past Clients but also by the many Realtors with other Brokerages that actually refer their Clients to him, rather than utilizing the Management services of their own firm. He was stationed in Pensacola for the three years, where he served aboard NAS Pensacola as an Enlisted Aircrew Instructor and also where he met his wife Kathy. They were married in 2001 and enjoy spending time with their 2 young boys! After serving the rest of his time on the West Coast, Rodney decided to come back to his favorite place in order to raise his children closer to family. During this time, Brock was able to travel and live overseas for two years before returning to complete his B.S. degree in Manufacturing while finishing is service obligation in Pensacola. Brock met his wife Erica and they were married in 2002. They now work as a team along with their young son Mack to provide extraordinary service to your real estate experience. Brock and Erica enjoy spending time outdoors and try to stay young by participating in local fitness events. They are both active in their church and passionate about building the Pensacola community.

Amy was born in Wheeling, West Virginia and raised here in Pensacola. Upon high school graduation, she set out to see the world, working as a chief stewardess on multiple private yachts. She travelled the high seas for 12 years before settling back down on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Amy lends many of the skills and disciplines she developed as a crewman to MD&A. She is highly organized, extremely efficient, and exceptionally personable. When she’s not maintaining the countless facets of real estate office life, Amy enjoys cooking, camping, kayaking and Flamenco Dancing (No, she doesn’t dance the Flamenco, but she does enjoy when other people do it).

Darlene was born in Long Island, NY and raised in the Gulf Coast region. She has lived in Pensacola for the majority of her adult life. Darlene is married with 3 four legged children (kitty cats) and would be the crazy cat lady if she had it her way. Darlene joined our company in the summer of 2016 and settled in very quickly as the Repair Manager. She is responsible for coordinating all repairs, keeping maintenance contractors on task and providing updates to both owners and tenants. She is very helpful and patient walking tenants through minor repair issues and balances the relationships between owners and tenants nicely.
